Based on the aforementioned information and the “Secondary school law”, clause No. 40, page 6, clauses 14 and 15/ (not sure what the abbreviations stand for) No. 541, row No. 3759/ the Teacher Board of Yavne Telz confirms that Tomor Josseliovskyte finished 1 class at the seven-year school taught in Hebrew and is issuing this certificate.
This certificate does not provide her with the rights that are given to students who have finished 1 year of the National gymnasium. Telsiai August 22, 1940
