Based on the rations and the law of secondary and high schools, the teachers’ council of non-government gymnasium “JAVNE” of Telšiai Jewish girls, at the presence of a representative of the Ministry of Education on the 12th of September in 1930 – the Year of Vytautas the Great, decided to give to Abromavičiūtė Genai-Mirjam this certificate, that allows her to enter the schools of higher education.
